We offer five secure ordering methods so that you can choose the option that works best for you. We’ll send you an email with the details of your order, and your payment will show on your account after 1 day.
Credit Cards
We accept American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa. If debit, payment will be withdrawn immediately. Please keep in mind that fraud checks may occur. For security purposes, we may verify the address details with a third-party fraud check company. If there is a security concern, we may ask for additional information in order to process the order. This process is done as quickly as possible; however, on occasion, doing so may result in delaying the order.
Bank Transfer
When confirming the order, you’ll be redirected to a transaction page where it will be provided a unique reference number and details of our bank account where you can make the payment.
Multibanco
We accept payments using Multibanco, the most popular payment method in Portugal. You will receive a voucher for the payment at the checkout. You can use the voucher to make the payment at an ATM with a debit card, or using online banking. At the Multibanco ATM:
1- Select MB – Pagamento por Multibanco (MB – Payment by Multibanco)
2- Then key in the entidade, the company 5-digit Reference Number in the box on the bill.
3- Then type the referência, the 9-digit bill and customer reference number.
4- The montante, amount in Euros, key in the figures and press “Confirmar”
Digital Wallets
When browsing on a mobile device you can use wallets to pay your order with a saved card or a digital wallet balance. You can confirm the transaction by authenticating your wallet credentials at checkout. If using mobile, you can authenticate with fingerprint or face recognition, their mobile passcode, or by logging into your wallet app.
