1.1 How does A Matter of Style work?
Everything you see or buy on amatterofstyle.eu comes direct from creative and unique European manufacturers that designs, makes or sources it. We simply bring these unique gift product ideas together under one roof making it easy for you to browse and shop. Whether the items you’re buying are coming from one or several manufacturers, you’re able to pay for them all in one easy checkout.
1.2 Why do I need to create an account with A Matter of Style?
It isn’t necessary to create an account in order to make a purchase with us. However, creating an account allows you to store addresses to save time in the future, track the status of your order, view your order history, and create and publish a wishlist.
2. ORDERING QUESTIONS
2.1 How safe is it to buy online?
We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out our payment processors security measures. PayPal.com or WooCommerce Payments.
2.2 How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please log in and access at Order Tracking to find all the information you wish. Remember that customer care staff is at your disposal to provide further information.
2.3 Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
In case of your order is a custom piece once started the production it cannot be altered. For standard pieces it depends on a case-by-case basis. You should contact us and expose all the details on your request and it will be evaluated.
2.4 What happens after I have placed my order?
Upon placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email. A member of our Customer Service Team will then check your order and the delivery information to make sure that everything’s correct. From there your gift items will be carefully manufactured and sent out directly from our partner’s warehouse.
Once that happens, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch email that contains your consignment tracking number. If you are expecting a few deliveries from us, you will get separate emails for each order.
2.5 How can I ask a question about placing an order?
We’ve tried hard to put everything you’d ever need to know about us on this site. If you’ve a question that we haven’t answered, get in touch with our Customer Service Team and they’ll be happy to help. You’ll find their details here.
3. DELIVERY & RETURNS
3.1 How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary according to the manufacturer. Delivery information is displayed on the product page.
3.2 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Once the order has been dispatched it is no longer our responsibility. You will receive all the contact details of the transportation company so, in case you would like to change your shipping address you can contact them.
3.3 What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived within the specified time?
The delivery estimates quoted on our website and in our emails are estimates only. We do everything in our power to get your order to you on time but sometimes events can happen that are out of our control.
If your estimated delivery time has passed we recommend that you contact our customer care team on +351 91 623 44 66 and we will gladly track this on your behalf.
4. PAYMENT OPTIONS
4.1 What payment methods does A Matter of Style accept?

4.2 Will there be any additional duties and taxes to pay on my purchase?
Each country varies in customs fees and it’s something we can’t actually gauge. We charge international fee’s in relation to your location as well as the total weight of your package and they range anywhere from €10-€40, but any additional fees have to be taken up with customs in your country. Please check before placing your order as you are not entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
